Zacapa Slowtending
In collaboration with Berns Asiatiska, we are now very proud to introduce the Zacapa Signature Slow Cocktail.
Zacapa rum is an expression of patience, aged to perfection for over twenty years in the highlands of Guatemala. To honor the slow process and bring some calm to the stressful Christmas days, we have created a new signature cocktail that takes several weeks for the bartenders at Berns Asiatiska to prepare.
The Zacapa Signature Slow Cocktail has been created in three slow steps, consisting of fermentation, tincture and garnish. Each step takes more than a week to finish and brings out incredible aromas and flavors that will enchant your senses.
Our goal is to create a completely stress free oasis at Berns Asiatiska, where you can escape the demands of Christmas and instead enjoy the art of slow. For an extra calming effect, the Zacapa Signature Slow Cocktail will be served with the sophisticated incense Palo Santo.
